On-site Hand-Arm Vibration Testing of Workers by WSBC – University Services Building

Inspection Report (IR) issued to document the on-site testing by WSBC of hand-arm vibrations while workers demonstrated a variety of landscaping equipment under various conditions. A report detailing the vibration results will follow.

Inspection Report (IR) issued to document the receipt and acceptance of the employer’s full incident investigation report (EIIR) relating to an incident which occurred on May 28, 2019. Refer to Inspection Report 201918447049A for additional information.

Full Investigation Required by WSBC (hand injury – auto floor scrubber) – IRC Building

By June 27, 2019, the employer must submit the full incident investigation report (EIIR) to the Board - Worker was operating an auto floor scrubber in the IRC Building and injured hand
